We had an amazing time last night hosting Seven at LifePoint, a regional all-church movement of prayer and fasting. Hundreds came out from over a dozen different local churches to pray and worship together. We prayed for our city, our churches, and for unity and vision. It was a really cool night.
There are 4 more nights being hosted around Clark County the rest of this week. Each night starts at 7pm. It was an honor to have Chris Kainu from Summitview, Toby Beck from Evergreen Bible Church and Mike Boehlke from Rivers Edge Church lead prayer last night at LPC. To hear pastors who have been in this area for decades say stuff like:
“Tonight is the answer to a whole lot of prayers that a whole lot of people for a whole lot of years have been praying.”
“Any true work of unity in the body of Christ begins with personal repentence. Let’s repent of things in our own lives that have divided us from family and from one another.”
“To my knowledge we’ve never seen a movement like this in the churches of Clark County.”
How awesome is that?
I will be leading some prayer focuses tonight as we gather at Summitview. Below is the remaining schedule this week. Trust me, you will not regret making it out to one of these prayer gatherings. The energy and passion for a movement on God in our city is really growing. I encourage you to join the movement of Seven.
