Excuses, Excuses

To my faithful blog readers,

I want to apologize for the scarcity and inconsistency of my posts in the last couple of months.  I’m at the point in my life and work where blogging comes from the margins.  Meaning, the extra margins in my day and thought usually team together to produce my blogs.  I don’t believe it will always be this way. As I work to attain more balance in life and work my goal is to devote more and more pre-scheduled time to writing (blogs and otherwise).  For now, I offer this simple excuse:

That would be Amelia Faith.  She will be 7 weeks old tomorrow.  Notice the pacifier that is sitting idly on her shoulder.  Don’t let her innocent cuteness fool you.  She is a margin-eater (as all newborns are).  We have been very blessed by her birth, and all those people who told us “you’re going to notice a BIG difference going from 2 kids to 3” were amazingly accurate.

I’m looking forward to a consistent return to the blogosphere in the coming weeks.  I have a number of plans for 2thesource as we head into 2013; updates, links, resources, and ideas that are just waiting to meet some margins so that they can come to life.

Thank you for the grace faithful blog reader!

First things first!! Beautiful little gal there! Looking forward to the blogs.

  3. Not excuses, just the facts of being a daddy. Besides, she’s such a cutie pie, who wouldn’t want to spend their margins on her?!? 😉

    Congratulations! She’s beautiful! 🙂
